In addition, the clear cylinders are made from polycarbonate material instead of glass, causing salt and pepper grains to leave a mess every time the grinders are moved or used. The adjustment screw tops do not remain in place and cause varying grinding sizes, and the pepper grinder stopped adjusting after only a week of use. At $40, this product does not seem worth the price.
