These wipes are bigger than the Cotonelle flushable wipes and can be used by anyone, not just men. The individual packet dimensions are 2.5 x 3.5 inches, and the wipe dimensions are 5.7 x 7.8 inches. The packaging is not biodegradable so it should not be flushed down the toilet. The wipes are code approved for use in properly maintained toilets, sewer and septic systems, but if you have any concerns, it's best to throw them away instead of flushing. The wipes are flushable, but it's recommended to flush one wipe at a time. However, some customers have reported receiving dry wipes in the last two boxes.
