The MISTERBREEZE Gray Umbrella with Fan and Mister is a personal portable misting fan that blocks 99.9% of all UVA and UVB rays. It is perfect for festivals, beach, golf, or other sports activities. The fan is powered by 4 AA batteries and delivers a good air output while the misting function uses manual delivery system that can use as much or as little water, based on individual comfort needs. The mister/fan is not loud and the misting function is optimal with the fan on. The pump button is slow-pressed to prime water up and may take 4-5 pumps to Prime the water all the way to the Top. While the umbrella is sturdy, the battery compartment is not sturdily designed and tends to separate from the handle and fall apart. Some customers faced issues with finding water bottles that fit the umbrella and the misting function worked with, leaving them drenched with water or frustrated with the design of the product. Overall, customer service appears to be good, with customers receiving replacement parts in case of any issues.
