When the pendulum is in the locked position, press the power button to enter the manual mode; slide the pendulum from the locked position to the unlocked position to enter the self-leveling mode (if you enter the self-leveling mode when it is not level: ＞4°, the laser line will keep flashing as a reminder). - Why is it not level? 1.Sliding to unlock will turn it on and enter the self-leveling mode. If held in hand or placed on an uneven surface, it will trigger an alert (laser flashes). 2.If the laser keeps flashing on a tripod, it’s likely due to an uneven surface or an unlevel tripod head. Solution 1: Use a leveling tool to check the surface where 9011G is placed. If it's not level, adjust or change the position. If it still flashes when level, let us know. Solution 2: Tripod placement may be unstable. Place a flat board underneath or switch to another mounting option. Always ensure the device is on a stable, level surface before use.

Huepar Line Lasers 9011G Editorial Review
The Huepar laser level is a useful tool for home DIY projects such as installing a towel ring or a new receptacle in a wall. The green laser is bright and sharp, making it easy to use. However, the self-leveling function can be finicky, and the provided magnetic platform is almost useless. The self-leveling mode doesn't power off with the power button, and the mounting screw and mounting platform are unstable. Overall, the Huepar laser level is a good tool for occasional use at home, but it is not recommended for professional use.
