I personally prefer the feminish foam wash version than wipes. And this foam really refreshes the private areas. Highly recommended! -

Answer: Yes, you do rinse it off, and it has a strong smell like burned rubber, in my opinion. -

Answer: Unfortunately, no. They also don't have small sizes for travel. -
