On the young lady, it looks like there is extra neck room. Is it loose in the neck?
Answer: Yes. We designed it to be loose fitting at the neck for comfort and we incorporated a shoulder relief design so more of your back and chest can be protected. Our SunGuard is 10 inches in diameter and made with a very soft and stretchy Bamboo viscose/spandex blend. -

Where is it made?
Answer: Our SunGuard has been designed in the U.S. and is hand sewn in China due to the fact that the only source for our bamboo fabric that we could find was China. Hope this helps. Take care, Steven -
