    Answer: The CX9 cross bikes are capable of venturing over nearly all types of terrain swiftly and smoothly.
  • Question: What is the weight of the CX9 wheels?

    Answer: Each CX9 wheel weighs 148g.
  • Question: Are the brakes compatible with different types of levers?

    Answer: Yes, the linear pull design is compatible with most lever types.
  • Question: Will the cx9 mini fit a 2009 Giant Boulder se?

    Answer: Technically they will fit any bike with brake posts - the real question is if you are running SRAM or Shimano since they have different pull ratios - these are for sram
  • Question: Can I put these on my singlespeed commuter bike or is it only for CX bikes?

    Answer: If your bike frame and forks are equipped with cantilever brake pivot bosses, the TRP CX series brakes can be fitted without problem. These brakes are not designed to be fitted on single bolt mount caliper brake bicycles. They should have enough tire clearance for any commuter bicycle except fat tire bikes.
  • Question: I'm using shimano 105 ten speed shifters, is this the right brake or do I need the cx8?

    Answer: They work great with Shimano road shifters, both 105 and Ultegra. They are the best alternative I have found for solid brake performance with road levers when there is no way to use a standard caliper brake. Much better even than Avid disc.
