  • Question: Will this draw power when the car is off?

    Answer: If your outlet is live, even when the isn't operating, it will draw power. Will it be enough to drain your battery? Try it and see. Unless your battery is nearly done, or you're powering something that has a high draw, I would say no, but that's no guarantee.
  • Question: Will this charge 4 Iphones at same time?

    Answer: I wouldn't attempt to charge anything from a non powered USB hub. Not even ONE iphone! USB2 ports only have about 1/4th current (ma) that an iPhone uses to charge. Use four Apple approved chargers for four iPhones.
  • Question: Does this work on 40 inch Hisense TV?

    Answer: I wouldn't buy it again. Not all the ports work.
  • Question: Can you use this as a regular usb port?

    Answer: Yeah, that's what I use it for anyways. Since I only have 2 USB ports on my laptop, all my ports are used up most of the time so this makes it easier.
  • Question: Why is it not working on a usb from my cigarette lighter adapter?

    Answer: It is not a power hub. I used mine on my laptop only for connecting devices. It stopped working in 6 weeks. No reply from company when I complained.
  • Question: Does this hub work for a surface pro 3?

    Answer: Yes but it is only usb2.0. Not 3.0. So though it will work, you will not see the full speed of a 3.0 hub.
  • Question: Do I need drivers to use this hub on my PC?

    Answer: USB 3.0 ports and cables are not always backwards compatible to USB 2.0. I cannot plug some of my USB 2.0 devices into USB 3.0 ports on my laptop. I have 2 USB 3.0 ports and a USB 2.0 on my laptop, and some of my USB 2.0 devices do not work in my USB 3.0 ports.
  • Question: Does the box come sealed in plastic?

    Answer: It came in a box with plastic cover. The plastic was not sealed. The part where you connect with your laptop broke. It lasted I think about 3 months.
  • Question: Why did this stop working after 2 hrs?

    Answer: I have two them and they work great. I did have one port though on PC that wouldn't detect one of them. Try another port, if still issue try on another occasion to troubleshoot. If still issue, send it for replacement.
