It doesn't come with a freezer pack but has a mesh pouch inside the lid for an ice pack. Customers have washed it in their dishwasher, and it holds up very well. The sizing listed is for the exterior dimensions, so one customer had to send it back because the interior dimensions were too small for their large bento box. However, it will fit a Bentgo box. Customers have reported fitting a Yumbox and small ice pack and snack in it. It is spacious enough for a 3rd-grade daughter’s lunch, and a Pyrex 3-cup rectangle food storage container may not fit, but there is usually space for a sandwich container, yogurt, juice box, fruit, and an ice pack. It has not been reported leaking, and the interior stays dry even in the rain.
