I used light golden brown & it was toooo dark. Can i go over it with golden blond?
Answer: You'd want to wait a week or two so your hair doesn't become too damaged, but yes you can go over it with a golden blonde to help lighten the color. -

How difficult/easy is this dye to remove after a month or two using hair color remover (not bleach)?
Answer: So easy! I now highlight & color my hair at home. If you mess up, it's hard to do! Use Dawn dishwashing soap! You won't turn orange if you leave it on long enough. Ps. Esalon sends a toning mask in their highlighting kit 👍🏼 -

I'm looking for a brown dye without red undertones. Does the medium brown give a red tint?
Answer: Depends on how strong the red undertones are. If you get a dye with the word Ash in it, this helps neutralize the red tones. Ash shades tone down red undertones, it doesn't create them (as another person answered here). -

Answer: If I recall correctly (and it has been a while!), I received one box. Even so, the price (and the color) is excellent! -

Is this truly permanent hair dye or does it completely fade out after a while?
Answer: It is permanent but all dyes fade to an extent. It has been four weeks since I dyed my hair and it has faded slightly but still looks good. It also probably depends on the color you’re dyeing your hair as well. -

Answer: This is an ash color which is for cooler skin tones. -
Question:
I used Revlon brown black #20 on my hair. I need a root touch up, but I can't find brown black. What should I do?
Answer: I do know hairdressers mix the same 2 brands but slightly different in color and color hair. Please don't try drastic mixes. You could end up with purple hair. And don't mix up whole bottles for small jobs. Measure the colors and develop fluid.
