The mouthpiece has an outside diameter of 1.210 inches and comes with three disposable mouthpieces. The highest reading does not exceed 100 and hovers around 60 for airflow and 1.0 for FEV1. The device includes an obsolete USB cable but does not come with a USB to USB-C adapter. It does not measure the chemical makeup of breath or ketones. Normal readings vary based on height, age, and gender, and can be found in the instruction manual or on the Microlife website. The device comes with three mouthpieces, not four. It is possible to build your own spreadsheet or database to track data without a computer. If the device shows a reading of 0, check that the flow tube is inserted correctly. The Microlife Digital Peak Flow Meter is not intended for increasing lung capacity through exercise; it is purely for measuring purposes.
