Although it is small enough to sit on a table, it seems to have been made to be a floor fan as it is too strong for a desk next to a computer. The tilt function is subtle and it can tilt upward more significantly. It is easy to disassemble, lightweight, and won't tip over. It has an oscillation feature, but it can be turned off. The fan comes with a white cord, and it is easy to assemble and clean. However, some customers have reported that the lowest setting is still a bit noisy.
