The Rokinon RK50M-M 50mm F1.2 AS UMC High Speed Lens is a manual focus lens designed for Canon M-series mirrorless cameras with an "M" mount type. It is a full-frame lens, which equates to an 80mm lens on APS-C. It is a great portrait lens and produces wonderful bokeh. However, it is not compatible with Canon Rebel T6i or any Canon "T" or "D" DSLR cameras, which require EF mount type lenses. The lens does not communicate with the camera and will not pass along information about the lens model, focal length, and aperture for photos. Furthermore, the lens is not weather-sealed. **
