What shoe sizes are the small, medium, large?
Answer: Not sure. I have never heard of shoe size as a tool, however experience has shown a small would be for a women's shoe size around a 6-7 or smaller. Medium seems to work well for women's shoe size 8 and up. My wife wears a 9 and uses a medium. I wear a men's 11.5 and would use a large. Hope this help -

If I wear a size 10 women's shoe, what size splint should I get? Also, can you walk with it on to the bathroom in the middle of the night?
Answer: If you are a solid 10 in all different kinds of shoes, I would get a large. I got a M and about half of my big toe is over the edge. I wear a 10 in running shoes but an 8 1/2-9 in most other shoes. You are ok going to the bathroom in it at night...it's just not made for the pressure of normal walking. I love mine! Hope this helps. -

I wear size 8-8 1/2 shoes. what size splint do I need?
Answer: Men or women? I wear anywhere from an 8 1/2 to a 10 in womens, depending on what type of shoe. I bought the medium. You strap your foot and leg in, and it is adjustable, so you can't really go wrong. I can't remember, but I think it is only one size. -

How accommodating is the calf strap?
Answer: It is good, comfortable support during resting or sleeping. Can walk using it for short distances. However, it is important not to depend on it long term! -

Are there any buckles?
Answer: This product was very helpful for me in resolving my planter fasciitis.It may be awkward at first sleeping with it and at times I would remove it after a few hours, but even with that I healed. There are no buckles and I actually looked forward to putting it on for relief. -

Answer: Yes, I am able to get up in the middle of the night and walk safely to the bathroom and back to bed! -

Answer: No, it is one boot and can be worn on either foot.
