    Answer: The P2M Boresight is crafted from aircraft-grade aluminum for exceptional strength and durability.
  • Question: Is the power output of this laser the same as the standard toy type of I think its a 0.5 milliwatts or milliamps?

    Answer: I have no idea what the power output is but its strong enough to sight in my AR at about 30' or so.
  • Question: It looks like there are tiny screw heads around the neck of the cartrige. Are they actual alignment adjustment 'set screws' or something else?

    Answer: They are set screws. A big problem I've found with the in chamber bore sights is sometimes the laser is not 100% centered and even being off a fraction of an inch can make a big difference at 25 or 50 yards. This is one of the few that uses the set screws to make sure that the laser is centered. Helps you get closer to zero and waste less ammo. Also Ronnie is right it won't get you 100% zeroed but will get you on paper and is a nice way to check your scope after pulling it out of the case.
  • Question: Just received mine, works as expected but in the instructions it says to store in the protective pouch. I didnt receive any pouch, am I missing it?

    Answer: The zip lock bag is what I use.
  • Question: Is there a way to adjust the laser, or is it fixed?

    Answer: The laser is fixed. Once the batteries are installed the laser is on. to turn it off you must remove the batteries.
  • Question: what size are the batteries???

    Answer: They are hearing aid batteries, don't have the exact size but if you take the old battery to a pharmacy or somewhere that sells hearing aid stuff it should be easy to match.
  • Question: I didnt get a clear answer, is there adjustment screws on the boresight? Are they hex, allen, flat, phillips?

    Answer: I didn't have to adjust it, however it uses a very tiny flat screw driver if you need too...we are are talking very tiny like jeweler's screw drivers.
  • Question: How long is this boresight? 2-3/4? 3'?

    Answer: I believe it is 2-3/4' but not 100% sure as I don't have it in front of me right now. I will tell you that it fits both my 18' security and 26' slugster barrels for a Mossberg 500.
  • Question: Will this do the 556 chambered also ?

    Answer: Yes, mine worked just fine. Gets you on paper at least without burning up excess ammo. Of course you need to zero in the rest of the way with a few shots. My rifle is .223/.556 and it worked well.
