MOOG Drag Links DS300040 Editorial Review
The Moog DS300040 Drag Link measures 34.16 inches center of the stud to the end and has a bar diameter of 1.125 inches, with 1-16 LH threads. However, it is not suitable for the wide track axle. The product isn't cataloged for the 2017 Ford F-250 without the wide track. The manufacturer doesn't provide a picture of the drag link. The Moog DS300040 Drag Link has mixed reviews. Some customers have received the product with missing parts, such as the castle nut, zerk fitting, crown, and cotter pin. Others have mentioned that it is the incorrect part for their vehicle, and they have had issues fitting it correctly. Some have noted that the hole for the steering stabilizer was drilled incorrectly, and the larger side was on the wrong side. However, customers who received the correct product described it as a good quality and fitting product. A customer even termed it as an "excellent invest." The drag link did not come with a boot over the ball joint.
