The shower head can be tilted in any direction but the system only allows one shower head to function at a time. The anti-scald guard prevents temperature fluctuation when the toilet is flushed. However, the water flow from the shower head and hand shower is below-normal and it requires removing the filter mesh to improve the flow. The buttons on the shower vents are decoration purposes only and not functional. There is no indication of being in the middle and switching off both showers can be aggravating. Overall, this is a functional product but for the price tag, it might not be worth it. The shower arm can crack and leak when under water pressure due to poor quality material, and the wand that holds the rain shower head is too short forcing you to stand very close to the wall when showering. Finding a 12mm hexagon key wrench might be difficult, and customer service requires you to uninstall and return the entire shower system instead of providing a replacement part.
