The material is synthetic leather which provides a lightweight feeling while still being supportive with good arch support. The boot has a Velcro opening and closing, which makes it easy to put on and adjust the fit. However, the boot is not waterproof and not suitable for snowy conditions. The boots are true to size and comfortable for day-long walking. Customers have reported success using them for sales jobs, but not for standing Consistently for more than 8 hours. Although the ankle support is lacking, the shoes are great for short walks and casual outings.
