- Taken at night for relief while sleeping and throughout the next day
- Dosage for adults (12-64 years): 5 mg tablet once daily in the evening; ½ tablet (2.5 mg) may be appropriate for less severe symptoms
- Not for use in adults 65 years and older, children under 6 years of age, and consumers with kidney disease
