It is specifically made to grind salt and prevent corrosion while the pepper mill is made of steel and is not suitable for grinding salt. The coarseness of the grinding can be adjusted using a screw located at the bottom of the mill, and it can be easily cleaned using a microfiber cloth and brass polish. Although there were some issues with wrong sizes and missing handles, the customer service was reported to be excellent.
