Answer: The assembly process is designed to be quick, taking 30 minutes or less.

Answer: Yes, you'll need just about 4 inches from the back to fully recline the furniture.
Question: Do these chairs use mostly good quality leather and where?

Answer: These products use top grain leather which is genuine high-quality leather that's very durable and soft to the touch. Every part of the chair that your body would normally come in contact with will be in top grain leather.
Question: Does this product need to be assembled?

Answer: It comes in two boxes on a pallet. Each box has a chair base and a chair back. The backs attach to the bases by sliding the backs onto metal tabs. They snap into place with no tools required. The two bases are simply placed next to each other. It can be done by one person but is really a two person job to position the bases and snap the backs in place. There were not instructions with mine, but there is an electrical connector for the chair headrest motor that must be connected from the base to the back as well. The sound shaker speakers are installed in the bases but you must purchase the sound shaker amplifier separately for them to operate. All connectors snap together without tools.
