Answer: The fringe is attached at the bottom of the gold zigzag. The dress is actually two layers, a stretch knit layer (slip type) underneath and a more sheer outer layer that the sequins and fringe are attached to. The dress is very fitted and flattering on a curvy shape because it’s stretchy not boxy like a true flapper dress.
