Buffet Crampon E-11 E11

The Buffet Crampon E-11 clarinet has garnered a mix of enthusiastic praises and some notable criticisms from customers. Overall, users agree on its exceptional sound quality, particularly highlighting its impressive performance in both the high register and maintaining a deep tone in lower notes. Many players appreciate the instrument's elegant design, stating that it aligns with their expectations of a high-end clarinet. However, some customers have pointed out several mechanical issues that they encountered. Reports of stiff corks have been particularly concerning, with users indicating that these issues persisted longer than expected and even led to some accidental bending of keys while attempting to disassemble the instrument. Additionally, loose screws have been a recurring complaint, raising concerns about the overall build quality for a clarinet in this price range. Furthermore, the accessories included with the clarinet leave room for improvement; many felt that a more comprehensive care kit would have been appropriate for the price, as the case lacks vital tools such as a mouthpiece cover, swab, and screwdriver. Despite these concerns, many players, particularly those encouraged by their music instructors, felt that the Buffet E-11 still delivers a stellar performance once a few minor issues are addressed. In summary, the Buffet Crampon E-11 clarinet is well-received for its sound and craftsmanship, yet buyers should be prepared for some initial mechanical quirks and the need for supplemental accessories. **
