The ingredients have been changed since the previous blue bottle, which contained water, Butyle Glycol, PEG-4, Polysorbole 20, Oleth-30, Sodium Chloride, Methyloparaber, Propylparaven, Disodium EDTA, Fragrance, Celeth 15, Benzalkonium Chloride, Panthenol, Glycereth 26, Sodium PCA, Choleth-15. The new bottle contains water, Glycerin, Glycereth-26, Polysorbate 20, Sodium Benzoate, Panthenol, Citric Acid. Although the product is not listed on the Neutrogena site, it is not Considered to be counterfeit. Many other sites offer the same product.
