The switch can be used in a 1/2/3/4 gang gang box with a standard wall plate size. The company's customer service is highly responsive and willing to replace faulty switches. However, some customers have reported issues with the switch's reliability. Some experienced flickering and lights flashing when the switch is dimmed or another switch on the circuit is used. They have reported customer service is blaming the installation while they have verified the connections themselves. Moreover, some others have faced issues with app logs out and the device being disconnected from their account. The installation instruction is terrible and perplexing.
