- The HITBOX HBM200 is a portable 140A 3-in-1 MIG, ARC, and Lift TIG welder operating on 110V. It supports gasless flux-cored MIG welding and Stick welding with rods E7018, E6013, and E6011. Compact and lightweight at only 7.85 lbs, it is perfect for beginners, hobbyists, and small welding projects. The welder features automatic voltage and wire feed adjustment, allowing precise control of current and feed speed. It works with 0.030 (0.8 mm)–0.040 (1.0 mm) flux-cored wire and can weld mild steel up to 5/32 (4 mm) thick. TIG electrodes from 1/16–1/8 (1.6–3.2 mm) are also supported. Advanced IGBT inverter technology ensures stable arcs, minimal spatter, and efficient energy use. The high-duty cycle (60%) allows extended operation, and built-in protection prevents overcurrent, overload, and voltage fluctuations.
