Answer: This headset needs to be able to plug into the phone's receiver cord jacks, so I would have to say no, it would not work with a cordless phone. -

Answer: Yes, as long as that style 6921 phone has a cord for you to plug into the headset and the other end of the cord would plug into the wall. The headset will work just fine. -

What size is the plug for the headset? I know there are 3 different jack sizes.
Answer: I'm not sure. It seems to be smaller than the standard jack. -

This may be a dumb question but how do you dial out? I'm used to using a USB headset but my new job needs a device like this.
Answer: Yes, this is the old type of phone and you need a controller to dial out and to adjust the volume for your headset. The Plantronics set I had lasted almost 15 years. I was a private secretary and this is the set up I had to use. Good luck.
