Ensure the clothing is clean and dry before beginning the process. Holding the can upright about 6 to 8 inches away from the fabric, apply a slow sweeping motion to lightly moisten the surface. Continue spraying until a total treatment time of 60 seconds has elapsed, ensuring the outer surface of the fabric is moist enough to cause a slight color change or darkening.
