Answer: Puzzle is assembled without glue. buying this set you get a complete set for building a model. -

Answer: This has very fine and small parts but Yes this could be painted or stained. -

Answer: Yes. I went to the local grocery store and bought some toothpicks that were a tad bit longer. The new toothpicks worked great. -
