What materials can this cutter handle?
Answer: It easily cuts cardboard, paper, plastic, fabric, leather, foam sheets, and crafts. -

How do I replace the blade?
Answer: Simply snap off the dull blade with pliers to reveal a new sharp edge. -

Is the cutter safe to use?
Answer: Yes, the auto-lock design ensures safe and smooth retraction of the blade. -
Question:
How do you remove the blade? I have loosened the knob but it won't pull out from the rear.
Answer: Slightly loosen the knob and press down on it while pushing it out the back. I press on the front half of the knob, towards the blade, not the center of the knob. I don't know if that is the correct way or not, but it consistently works for me. Also, don't have the knob all the way to the back, don't have it pressing against the stopping point. -
Question:
How long are the blades?
Answer: The 18mm blade is regular size with 10CM long. -
Question:
Where is the snapper that comes with this thing that it's saying on the box???????
Answer: There is no snapper for this. Instruction noted: All you need is to snap off the dull blade by pliers leaving a new sharp edge.
