Would this (Cinnamomum loureirii) be officially classified as Vietnamese cassia?
Answer: I don't believe so, loureirii a tree in its region. That's why it's called Royal. Used to be for Royals. -
Question:
Ceylon Cinnamon or cassia,? does it have the negative side of cassia?
Answer: It is not Ceylon cinnamon which to me has a less intense cinnamon taste and aroma. Vietnamese cinnamon is wonderfully fragrant with intense cinnamon flavor. I can’t speak to any side effects of cassia. -

Can someone please tell me what '5% Oil' means?
Answer: When you make a cinnamon roll with 5% cinnamon oil, take a bite and look. The cinnamon will be wet and rich in flavor. -

Any carbs in this? It’s rather sweet.
Answer: The package doesn't mention carbs so I don't know for sure, but I don't believe it has carbs. You might contact Frontier to find out. The Vietnamese cinnamon is naturally sweeter than the Ceylon cinnamon and that's why I like it. -

Is the organic ground vietnamese cinnamon 5.11oz, is this ceylon cinnamon ? does this contain coumarin ?
Answer: This is not ceylon cinnamon, this cinnamon should be from central Vietnam. A special cinnamon called Royal cinnamon. If true to there word? I don't believe that it contains Coumadin. Other Vietnamese does for sure. I've tried all the other cinnamon, this is the best. I'm on warfarin and I use this cinnamon. Really, Really good.
