  • Question: I just bought this seasoning last January 2019 and i paid $13.49 & now im trying to purchase again in 2020 and the price hiked almost $7.00.. s $19.95

    Answer: You need to check the #FJB to under stand Why the price Hike.
  • Question: What is in the seasoning? Anything hot - like chili powder?

    Answer: It has according to the label: garlic, onion, chili peppers, salt, other spices. It is not hot. It does taste like the recipe on line that has the same ingredients plus cumin and paprika. It calls for 3 tablespoons per pound on beans, I find it takes a little more to have a real good flavor to the beans. We take any of the left over beans cooked in the seasoning and use the mashed up for refried beans for tacos.
  • Question: is this what’s in a dried bean bag in a seasoning packet

    Answer: I dont know about the packet but this is great seasoning. I add a little dehydrated onion and red pepper flakes. But it really doesn't need anything extra its a great seasoning

    Answer: I don't know. This is the only bean seasoning we use.

    Answer: The flavor in black bean soup would be great, I think. However it isn't spicy with heat, it is spicy like cumin, paprika and spices that are flavorful not hot. So, when I use this in my pinto beans I also add chilis to my crock pot to heat it up.

    Answer: Most add it during cooking so the flavor gets into the beans.

    Answer: 3 years from the date it was manufactured.
  • Question: I received steak seasoning with a sticker saying fiesta pinto bean seasoning? Is that right?

    Answer: No pinto bean seasoning is different than steak seasoning get it refunded and the steak seasoning sent.
