Answer: I’ve been using Coricidin HPB for years. It says four hours, but I find that I get about three hours of relief. -

Answer: It does not make u sleepy, it’s not nighttime! But does not make u racey, decongestant free! I use during the day! -

Why does this box not list the symptoms on the front of the box as they always do? Is this a FAKE?
Answer: Is not fake! I have ordered multiple times and the product received has the symptoms listed on front of box. -

What does it mean decongestant free?
Answer: A decongestant, or nasal decongestant, is a type of pharmaceutical drug that is used to relieve nasal congestion in the upper respiratory tract. As what I've gathered, most people can safely use decongestants, but they aren’t for everyone. Do not take decongestants if you have Circulation problems, Diabetes, Glaucoma, High blood pressure, Heart disease, Overactive thyroid, Prostate problems, Kidney disease, Liver disease, Do not give decongestants to children under 6 years old. For further info, please consult your physician. -

Answer: Active ingredients in each tablet are 4 mg Chlorpheniramine maleate (Antihistamine) and 30 mg Dextromethorphan hydrobromide (Cough suppressant).
