Customer Questions & Answers
-
Question:
What is the purpose of Bissell PET PRO OXY Urine Eliminator?
Answer: The Bissell PET PRO OXY Urine Eliminator is designed to effectively eliminate tough pet stains and odors, particularly urine, from carpets and upholstery. The formula utilizes oxygen-boosting technology to break down the stain molecules, making it easier for your portable carpet cleaner to lift them away. This makes it particularly useful for pet owners who often face challenges with accidents in the home. -
Question:
Can I use this cleaner on all carpet types?
Answer: Yes, the Bissell PET PRO OXY Urine Eliminator is safe for use on most carpet types, including wool and synthetic fibers. However, it’s always a good idea to conduct a spot test in an inconspicuous area before applying the cleaner across a larger area. This ensures compatibility and helps to prevent any adverse reactions with your specific carpet material. -
Question:
Is the Bissell PET PRO OXY formula scented?
Answer: Yes, this formula contains Febreze, which adds a pleasant scent as it cleans. The inclusion of Febreze helps eliminate odors, not just mask them, ensuring your carpets smell fresh after treatment. This makes it an excellent choice for pet owners who want to maintain a clean and inviting home environment. -
Question:
How does the Bissell PET PRO OXY Spot & Stain Formula work?
Answer: The formula works through a combination of powerful cleaning agents and oxygen boosters that penetrate the stain and odor source. It breaks down the organic materials found in pet feces, urine, and vomit, allowing for better extraction during cleaning. Using this product in your portable carpet cleaner enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of stain removal, leaving carpets hygienically clean. -
Question:
Can this product be used for upholstery cleaning?
Answer: Absolutely! The Bissell PET PRO OXY Urine Eliminator is also suitable for upholstery cleaning. Its tough stain-fighting capabilities can be used effectively on furniture fabrics, mats, and car interiors. Always check the cleaning instructions of your upholstery fabric before using, and perform a spot test to ensure compatibility. -
Question:
How do I use the Bissell PET PRO OXY with my carpet cleaner?
Answer: To use the Bissell PET PRO OXY with your portable carpet cleaner, simply fill the clean water tank with warm water, then add the recommended amount of the solution according to the product's instructions. Once prepared, run your carpet cleaner over the stained areas slowly and thoroughly for optimal results. This method is effective for deep cleaning carpets and tackling persistent stains. -
Question:
Is this product safe for pets?
Answer: Yes, the Bissell PET PRO OXY Urine Eliminator is formulated to be safe for pets once the area is dry. Ensure that no residue is left when the cleaning is finished, and always let the area dry completely before allowing pets to return. This gives you peace of mind knowing your furry friends can safely hang out on the cleaned surfaces. -
Question:
How long does it take for the cleaner to work?
Answer: Typically, the Bissell PET PRO OXY begins to work within minutes as the oxygen-activated formula starts breaking down stains. However, for best results, it's recommended to let the solution dwell for about 5-10 minutes before extracting, especially for stubborn or set-in stains. This allows the cleaner to penetrate deeply and tackle tough odors more effectively. -
Question:
Where can I buy Bissell PET PRO OXY Urine Eliminator in The Gambia?
Answer: You can purchase the Bissell PET PRO OXY Urine Eliminator with Febreze at Ubuy. They offer a reliable shopping experience for acquiring this effective pet cleaning solution, ensuring you get the right product delivered conveniently to your home.
Nutritionist's Take
The Bissell PET PRO OXY Urine Eliminator is primarily a carpet cleaning solution designed to tackle pet stains and odors, rather than a consumable product. As nutritionists typically focus on food and health, this product does not fall within standard nutritional analysis. However, it is essential to consider the ingredients listed, including the use of Febreze, which may raise concerns for individuals with sensitivities to artificial fragrances. While the product claims excellent stain-fighting capabilities, it is crucial to ensure that such cleaning agents do not linger on surfaces that pets or children frequently contact, potentially posing a health risk. Overall, while it offers functionality in maintaining a clean environment, it does not provide any nutritional benefits and should be regarded with caution regarding ingredient sensitivities and proper usage in households with health-conscious pets or vulnerable individuals.
