Answer: Yes, it is the same as Kuretake fountain brush pen (No.13). The product content is the same, just the package design is different. -
Question:
I cannot get the ink to enter the brush. Any suggestions would be helpful.
Answer: I have not had that problem with this particular brush, but, one thought would be to moisten the tip for a few seconds and then recap the brush. With the brush firmly capped, leave it alone with the brush pointing downwards for at least ten minutes. That should reactivate the ink flow. Hope this helps! -
Question:
Smaller tip not receiving any ink, but the thicker tip is. What should I try to fix the smaller tip?
Answer: The only thing I can think of is that tip is dried out; I would try sitting the brush in some water for about 10-20 minutes (the end that is dry) and see if that starts up the ink. If not, I would return it for a replacement. My brush is great and I love it. Hope it works out. Karlen
