Answer: No, this system is not waterproof. -

Answer: The device supports up to 1000 standard users. -

What type of cards are compatible with this system?
Answer: It is compatible with all 26 bit EM cards, but does not support some encrypted cards. -

Will this work on garage door openers?
Answer: This will work with any product that accepts a dry contact as an input. This means the N/O, N/C relay from the keypad only send an open or short over the line. No voltage can be present. -

How can I find the programming steps?
Answer: The programming steps are cumbersome. I was not able to find a comprehensive guide. Instructions are cryptic. The use of two master codes makes it difficult as well. Just try to follow the instructions with the most basic interpretation in mind. -

Is there a way to perform Wiegand manual pin+code without the asterisk key?
Answer: Did you read it wrong? Not *, but # -

Are there instructions on how to properly wire the Alarm/anti-theft function?
Answer: Section 5.9 of the manual explains how to set the Alarm/anti-theft function. About how to properly connect the alarm/theft function. Please check the email attachment. -

If using Wiegand controller, do we connect both sets of power or just the ones next to the d0/d1 terminals?
Answer: If using Wiegand controller, need to connect one set of power and one d0/d1 terminal. -
Question:
How do I activate the Wiegand-26 output?
Answer: Connect to the 12V GND DATA0 DATA1 on the back of the machine. -
Question:
Does it come with 1 tag or 10 tags and are the tags pre-programmed?
Answer: It comes with 10 RFID keychains. They are not preprogrammed. -
