    Answer: We have this one, you can contact customer service for assistance.
  • Question: Is it a self oiling blade? Does it come with a blade sharper?

    Answer: Yes, it is a self oiling blade but does not come with a blade sharpener.
  • Question: What petrol do I use? I have lost the manual.

    Answer: We recommend using a mix of regular gasoline and quality motor oil. Gasoline:oil ratio should be 20:1 for up to 20 hours use and 25:1 after 20 hours use. For the chain oil, use motor SAE# 10W-30 or SAE# 30-40 in summer and SAE# 20 in winter. We can send you an electronic version of the manual via email.
  • Question: Can the Uwingarden chain saw be used in an Alaskan saw mill, i.e., turned on its side?

    Answer: The chainsaw is designed to be used on its side, but we are not familiar with an Alaskan saw mill.
  • Question: Can I use an 18 inch bar and chain?

    Answer: Yes, you can use an 18 inch bar, but our machine comes with a 20 inch bar.
  • Question: Why doesn't the primer pump work?

    Answer: Check if the bubble is not burst and if it's drawing air, it won't lift fuel.
  • Question: Do you have a technical department?

    Answer: Yes, we have a technical department.
  • Question: Is this saw better than the Stihl MS201t?

    Answer: This is a 26cc mini chainsaw, lightweight and handheld.
  • Question: Do I need a chainsaw certificate to buy this?

    Answer: If you are buying it for your own use, you don't need a certificate. We have a CE certificate, and for other certificates, please consult our customer service.
